About Us

At Pacific Harvest Products, Inc., we’re proud of our heritage of quality products and superior customer service. The company grew out of Harvest Foods, a line of premium spices, seasonings, and soup bases first introduced in 1984 to serve fine restaurants and foodservice operators in the Seattle area. Custom blending of proprietary blends gradually became a larger and larger business segment of the family-owned company, and in 1995, Pacific Harvest Products, Inc. was formed to foster it.

Continued growth instigated the move in 1998 to larger quarters, and the company began hiring veteran food industry professionals in Executive Management, Technical Services, Plant Operations and Sales. This nationally-experienced staff continues to provide the expertise for our expanding production and development capabilities, product offerings and services.

In 2003, Pacific Harvest Products became certified as an Organic Processor by the State of Washington Department of Agriculture and the USDA, meeting all State and National organic standards. Additional quality management programs include Kosher Supervision, USDA Inspection (Meat & Poultry), HACCP Processing, CGMP reporting, and routinely conducted Independent audits.

Our product brands, custom manufacturing and co-packing operations have grown to serve customers throughout the USA and abroad. Still family-owned, we continue to add to our facilities and capabilities, keeping pace with the demands of our growth, our customers’ needs, and the constantly emerging trends and technologies in the food industry. But there’s one thing at Pacific Harvest Products that will never change: the dedication to quality and service that built our company, and is our heritage.
